Task-based jobs are positions where employees are assigned specific tasks or projects to complete, rather than working set hours or performing ongoing responsibilities. These jobs focus on the completion of individual assignments, which can vary in complexity and duration. Payment is often based on the successful completion of tasks rather than hourly wages or salaries.
