Warehouse Associate

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support a high-volume distribution operation in Sumter, SC. This role is designed for individuals who can work at a steady, fast pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Maintain accuracy while working under time pressure
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as assigned

What We're Really Looking For: Success in this role depends less on the number of warehouse roles someone has held and more on their core skills, accuracy, and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting. • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and error prevention
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and workflows

  • Comfort working at a steady, fast pace while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Must be able to pass background check and onboarding requirements

Why This Role:

  • Smaller, high-performing team environment
  • Focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Reduced rework and fewer operational errors
  • Opportunity for long-term placement based on performance

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
