Job Details

1st Employment is seeking dependable and hardworking candidates for a Warehouse Associate position with one of our valued clients in Siloam Springs, AR. The Warehouse Associate will support daily production and packaging operations by preparing equipment, operating packaging machinery, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, and following established safety and quality procedures.

This is a hands-on position that requires individuals who are comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and performing physical tasks throughout the workday. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, start up, and operate packaging equipment according to the daily production schedule.
  • Monitor packaging operations to help ensure products are processed efficiently and according to established standards.
  • Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks to ensure the work area meets required quality and cleanliness standards.
  • Complete re-work as necessary to maintain product quality and production requirements.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies while performing job duties.
  • Comply with established safety programs and standards at all times.
  • Report safety concerns, deviations, near misses, and injuries promptly to the Supervisor.
  • Participate in all required safety training and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with moving ingredients, materials, and finished products as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Good verbal communication and basic mathematical skills at a high school level.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
