As a Café Associate in our food truck located at Patagonia State Park, you’re at the heart of a fast-paced, customer-focused experience—serving up quality drinks and fresh bites while creating memorable moments for every guest who walks up to the window. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, brings a positive attitude, and takes pride in both product quality and customer service. You should be comfortable multitasking, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and jumping in wherever needed—whether it’s food prep, cashiering, or restocking supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and simple food items with consistency and care according to Company recipes and standards
  • Deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps customers coming back
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in a compact workspace
  • Support daily setup, breakdown, and inventory tasks
  • Work collaboratively with a small team to keep operations running smoothly
Position Requirements:
  • Knowledge of food preparation, storage, sanitation and commercial kitchen equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities in a positive and productive way
  • Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in close proximity to other people
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required
Knowledge and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Café experience (1 year minimum preferred)
