PleasureLand RV Center is hiring a full-time Parts & Shipping Associate to help customers, process parts orders, ship and receive products, and keep inventory organized. No RV experience is required - we will train the right person.

This is a great fit for someone with experience in customer service, warehouse work, shipping and receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, automotive parts, retail sales, or logistics.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.

PleasureLand RV has been family-owned since 1971 and is the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a hands-on environment, this could be a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will support our parts operation by helping customers, processing orders, handling shipments, and keeping inventory organized.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with parts questions and ordersย 
  • Process parts orders accurately and efficientlyย 
  • Pick, pack, and ship outgoing customer ordersย 
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipmentsย 
  • Stock, label, and maintain parts inventoryย 
  • Update order and inventory information in company systemsย 
  • Help load and unload shipments as neededย 
  • Keep warehouse, receiving, and sales areas clean and organizedย 
  • Work with team members to complete orders on timeย 
  • Provide friendly, helpful customer serviceย
