Job Description
Jovian Concepts, LLC is looking to hire a Target Analyst Reporter Level 2 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered.
The Target AnalystReporter prioritizes, assesses, evaluates and reports informationobtained from passive and active collection, network evaluationand analysis, combined with related collateral sources whenappropriate to provide synthesized product to customers. TheTarget Analyst Reporter writes reports which may requiresignificant editing; may require assistance in determiningreportability of an activity; requires assistance in locatingreportable information (i.e. can only run basic queries or mayrequire raw information to be provided); may require assistance indetermining the focus of report; is familiar with basic SIGINTreporting policies; may require familiarization with SIGINT andcollateral report repositories to conduct research that wouldenhance reporting the ability to pull information from multiplesources and combine it into reports/products in response torequests by management and external customers; and requiresmentorship and/or significant guidance from Government personnel.
The Level 2 TargetAnalyst Reporter shall possess the following capabilities:
  • Experiencewithin IC in drafting and/or editing for finished release,serialized SIGINT product reports. Ability to author reportsbased off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.
  • Knowledgeable ofvarious technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
  • Experienced inthe principles and methods of exploiting foreigncommunications and communication systems to identify, collect,analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information inaccordance with established requirements and priorities.
  • Experienced inthe use of software applications and databases associated withSIGINT report writing and target development.

Requirements
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph is required to be considered. No CCA's will be accepted for this role.
  • At least eight (8) years demonstrated experience as a Target Analyst supporting the IC or USG military is required. At least two (2) of the years of experience must have been within the last 5 years.
