Title:  Product Manager < with AEM and Adobe Target

Location: Miami, Fl - 4 days onsite 

Type: 6+ months

Job Description

• Need to have someone that has managed people...does not have to be a lot of people, but people management skills is a must.
• Someone that is strategic and has done discovery is important.
• Please only send ppl with AEM and Adobe Target exp 
• Looking for Product Managers with significant B2C customer facing eCommerce website experience 
• Should have headless/hybrid CMS experience ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Ideally has Adobe Target experience for experimentation and analytics
• Act as a customer advocate, leveraging data to uncover insights that reflect true customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and communicate a strategic product vision tied to business OKRs, leading product discovery, and managing scope, schedule and spend.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or a consumer- focused digital environment.
• Travel industry eCommerce experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of customer/behavioral science, design thinking, and eCommerce marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics & Target or other analytics and experimentation tools.
