Description

• Target Research and Analysis: Perform detailed research and analysis of multi-source intelligence data to identify, assess, and prioritize targets. This includes leveraging advanced analytical tools, databases, and methodologies to produce actionable intelligence.
• Develop Target Packages: Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non-lethal engagements. Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products. Produces allsource analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements. Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
• Reporting and Documentation: Produce clear, concise, and accurate intelligence reports based on targeting analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Reports shall include detailed assessments, supporting data, and actionable recommendations, adhering to established formats and classification guidelines.
• Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, all-source analysis.
• Experience should include at least 5 years work supporting the Joint targeting cycle.
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques; Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP.
• Expert level research and writing skills.
• Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS.
• Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques.
• Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
• Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.

Job Requirements Desired experiences

• GPC-II Imagery Certification
• Experience with commercial visualization software
• Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
• Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
• Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school.

Education

• MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience;
• BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience;
• HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 20 years of Intelligence Analysis experience.

Security Clearance

• Active TS/SCI and with the ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed.
