Job description

Safety-Kleen in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Warehouse Worker (known internally as a Material Handler) to join their safety conscious team! You will be responsible for completing all assigned warehouse duties in a safe and responsible manner. This is a second shift position from 2PM - 10 PM.

What does it take to work at Safety-Kleen?

  • High school diploma or GED;
  • Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity;
  •  Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements;
  •  Good communication skills;
  •  Problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work with waste labels, manifests, and load sheets;
  • Minimum 6 months forklift experience required.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment (Not Required but preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and acting in a safe manner always.

  •  Stock warehouse with materials after Distribution Center truck arrival.
  •  Prepare waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center/Distribution Center;
  • General Housekeeping;
  • Assist with inventory
