The Junior Project Engineer will support the engineering, production, and project management teams throughout the life cycle of fabrication projects. This role is ideal for a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience who wants exposure to real-world manufacturing, engineering review, procurement, quality control, and customer projects.
The successful candidate will work directly with experienced leadership and play a critical role in helping projects move from award through delivery.

Mass Tank is one of New England's premier tank companies, specializing in the fabrication of custom steel tanks for a wide range of industries and applications — from flammable and combustible storage to chemical containment to food-grade processing. We also supply polyethylene and fiberglass tanks, tank accessories, and a full suite of field services.
Our inspection division, Mass Tank Inspection Services (MTIS), delivers aboveground and underground storage tank inspection, testing, and repair services to federal, military, and private-sector facilities nationwide. Our team holds certifications including API 653, API 510, API 570, STI SP001, NACE, and NDT qualifications — and performs work at sites ranging from VA Medical Centers and military installations to industrial plants and municipal water systems. This role supports that team directly.
