10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers for opportunities serving the Eastern U.S., with recruitment for candidates in and around Winter Haven, FL. Typical duties
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
- Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
- Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report defects per company procedures.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Class A CDL or recent completion of a qualifying CDL training program (eligible recent graduates must have at least 120 hours of instruction).
- Willingness to comply with DOT and company safety and regulatory requirements.
