Job description

Title: Technical Consultant Product Manager 
Duration: Through 2/26/27, could be extended
Location: Onsite 3 days a week at any Deloitte office
Summary
The onshore Technical Consultant will be supporting product delivery teams (ex PMs, POs, solution architects, developers) working on the design and implementation of a new Commercial Real Estate Transaction Management, Capital Project Management and Lease Administration software (ex. Tango, Yardi). This role will be focused in design and implementing the Lease Administration module and integrating Lease Administration data with Oracle Fusion/Lease Accounting. They will be asked to provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure, software solutions, and system integrations. Assist in technology implementation, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT services to enhance scalability, efficiency, and performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Will be focused on Lease module of Tango and integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP for lease accounting/rent payments.
  • Help design and support the application integrations by creating data mapping and data modeling.
    Create and maintain complex business flow diagrams such as process maps and data flows.
    Ability to support PO in authoring features & User stories
    Partner with developers to ensure a thorough understanding of the relevant user stories.
Requirements:
  • Experience with e-procurement (e.g. Coupa) and Finance ERP (e.g. Oracle Fusion - Lease Accounting, rent payments).
  • Experience with commercial real estate a plus
  • Expense with lease accounting and controls (ASC 84)
  • Strong BA good at Agile working knowledge, requirements gathering, communication and stakeholder co-ordination.
  • Good at functional verification and regression testing and can support testing activities and creating test plans with QA.
  • Experience with new system implementations (e.g. e-procurement, ERP) and transformation work.
  • Flexible, dependable, and able to work on his/her own as well as with the team.
  • Strong financial services knowledge, core accounting knowledge and be familiar with tools like "Coupa" and "Oracle".
