We are looking for hardworking, dependable, caring, and fun people to join our growing team in Taney & Stone counties! We have openings for full and part time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) willing to work a combination of days, evenings, and/or weekends. We provide the training necessary to help you be successful in this position.


Our mission is to make a real difference in the quality of life for children and adults with autism and their families, wherever they may live.


Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide supports to adults with autism and/or developmental or intellectual disabilities so that they can live independently in their own homes and be a part of their local community. The support provided helps maximize their ability to be as independent as possible and is tailored to meet their specific needs.


In this role, Direct Support Professionals (DSP) will:

  • Provide individualized support to individuals/groups.
  • Help people reach for their dreams and accomplish their goals.
  • Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, community members, and other staff.
  • Be a part of a dynamic and supportive team in a growing organization full of opportunities.
  • Support each person on an individualized basis and help them live their best life!

Pay is $20 per hour. Full time and part time available.

Requirements

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who:

  • Can work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Show up for work every day with a positive attitude and ready to tackle the day's adventure.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Are dependable, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Are willing to work evenings and weekends.

We do complete background screenings with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry.
