As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our mission to create a personalized and natural learning environment for children in their own homes. We are seeking a part-time RBT to join our Talmo, GA team and contribute to the growth and development of our children.
Job Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will collect and record data on client behaviors and progress, collaborate with treatment teams to develop and modify therapy plans as needed, and establish and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families. You will also provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients to learn and thrive.
Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and modify therapy plans as needed
Establish and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients to learn and thrive
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Certificate in Behavior Analysis (RBT certification required)
0 years of experience as an RBT (new graduates welcome!)
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
