Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Maersk, you'll be the first point of contact for candidates- the introduction to our culture, values, and opportunities. This is a high-impact role where your conversations can shape careers and truly make a difference in people's lives. This role has a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and headhunting, requiring the ability to identify, engage, and convert passive talent in a highly competitive logistics and warehouse labor market.
This role is onsite minimum 3 days/week.
Role Expectations:
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilization of sourcing strategies.
  • Build trusted partnerships with business and HR stakeholders; understand the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps of the businesses you support.
  • Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organization; effectively contributing to process improvement measures.
  • Drive proactive talent pipelining, including creating multi channel sourcing strategies that target passive candidates across warehouse, logistics, and leadership roles.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor intelligence audits to identify emerging talent pools and outreach strategies, ensuring a steady pipeline even in challenging or low supply markets.
  • Develop and nurture potential candidate leads through relevant hiring communities and events.
  • Deliver superior hiring manager and candidate experiences.
  • Generate brand awareness for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy.
  • Advocate and champion diversity hiring initiatives to enable Maersk to achieve its diversity ambition.
  • Act as subject matter expert to the business on talent demographics, market, and competitor intelligence.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified warehouse candidates.
  • Initiate contact with potentially qualified candidates for specific job openings via resume applications and cold calling via proactive headhunting efforts.
  • Work onsite at warehouse locations to facilitate candidate applications.
  • Conduct interviews to determine qualifications and decide on applicability to roles within the company.
  • Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants; attend job fairs and events as company representative.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Facilitate candidate offers.
  • Handle administrative tasks required as part of the hiring process.

What we are looking for:
  • Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience.
  • 2 years of experience within a warehouse environment.
  • Extensive experience with sourcing/headhunting passive candidates
  • Candidate-centric mindset
  • Flexible mindset and the ability to work in an ever-changing work environment is a must.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Workday experience preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Pay Range:
$90,000-$105,000*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
