Are you ready to shape the future of national security talent? Join ASRC Federal as the Director of Talent Acquisition for our Defense & Intelligence portfolio and lead the strategy that fuels mission success across some of the nationโ€™s most critical programs. If youโ€™re driven by purpose, energized by challenge, and ready to influence outcomes at the enterprise level, this is your moment.

Be Part of a Mission-Driven, High-Impact Team

ASRC Federalโ€™s Defense & Intel group supports a wide range of customers with advanced engineering, cyber, analytics, and mission support services. Our teams operate at the heart of national securityโ€”delivering capabilities that protect the nation and enable decisive advantage.

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, youโ€™ll lead a dedicated team supporting a diverse portfolio of programs, from highly technical engineering efforts to base operations. Youโ€™ll collaborate with senior leaders, capture teams, and program managers to ensure we have the cleared and technical talent needed to win new work and deliver on our commitments.

What Youโ€™ll Do as the Director of Talent Acquisition

โ€ข Develop and execute a forwardleaning talent acquisition strategy aligned to Defense & Intel growth and delivery goals.

โ€ข Lead and mentor a highperforming team of recruiters and sourcers supporting classified and unclassified programs.

โ€ข Partner with Program Managers and Operations Directors to forecast hiring needs and ensure staffing readiness for ongoing and new programs.

โ€ข Drive recruiting for missioncritical skill sets including cyber, intelligence analysis, systems engineering, software development, and cleared operations roles.

โ€ข Support capture and proposal efforts, providing labor market intelligence, staffing plans, and key personnel strategies and contract transitions.

โ€ข Build pipelines for cleared and unique talent to support anticipated programs and surge requirements.

โ€ข Establish and track KPIs to improve speed, quality, and compliance across the hiring lifecycle.

โ€ข Ensure adherence to OFCCP, EEO, and federal contracting hiring requirements while elevating candidate experience and employer brand.

Minimum Requirements

โ€ข Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

โ€ข Experience: 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years leading TA teams.

โ€ข Expertise: Demonstrated success supporting capture, proposals, transitions and largescale program staffing in the DoD environment.

ย

Desired Qualifications

Location: Hybrid capacity from Reston, VA.

Experience supporting programs requiring DoD clearances.

Strong understanding of cleared talent markets and competitive intelligence.

Familiarity with Dayforce or similar ATS/CRM platforms.

SHRMCP, PHR, or similar certification.

Proven ability to partner and influence senior leaders and drive enterpriselevel initiatives.

Why Join Us?

Youโ€™ll help shape the talent strategy for a highgrowth, missioncritical portfolio while working alongside senior leaders who value innovation, collaboration, and strategic thinking. In this role, youโ€™ll make a direct impact on national security by ensuring our programs have the exceptional talent they need to succeed. Youโ€™ll be part of a culture built on integrity, respect, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow your career in an organization deeply committed to employee development and operational excellence.
