Job description

At IES Communications, we hire people who show up, put in the work, and genuinely care about doing right by others, that's true for the crews we build and the team we build them with. We're looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to lead our Americas Workforce Academy and temp-to-perm programs end-to-end: not a piece of the process, the whole thing, from the first day a candidate walks in to the day they're fully trained and thriving.
This is a role for someone who wants real ownership. You'll lead a team of Temp and Temp-to-Perm Staffing Assistants, run a high-volume program (50-100 hires a month), and partner directly with our Recruiting Operations Manager on the projects shaping the future of our talent function - including our Talent Playbook, a major CXM rollout in iCIMS, and our new Talent Hub.
If you're organized, resourceful, and energized by building things that don't exist yet, keep reading.
What You'll Own
Team Leadership & Process
  • Lead all Temp and Temp-to-Perm Staffing Assistants - daily direction, guidance, and workload oversight
  • Drive the temp and temp-to-perm process end-to-end, including eligibility tracking, timing, and conversion documentation
  • Be the go-to person when things get complicated - troubleshooting scheduling, compliance, or onboarding gaps
  • Keep workflows tight and aligned with Staffing Assistants in IESOS

Programs
  • Own the Americas Workforce Academy from kickoff through onboarding through full training completion - for a high-volume book of 50-100 hires per month
  • Own the temp-to-perm program overall: diagnose what's not working and rebuild it
  • Support Staffing Assistants through high-volume onboarding of 250+ temp placements and conversions per week
  • Track and report on conversion rates and program metrics that actually tell the story

Projects & Initiatives
  • Help build the Talent Playbook - documenting how we source, screen, offer, and hand off onboarding, the right way
  • Support the CXM rollout in iCIMS, including mail merge workflows, silver-medalist sourcing, and newsletter automation
  • Partner on the roadmap for what's next in Talent Operations

What You Bring
  • 2+ years in recruiting, staffing, or HR operations - bonus points for temp-to-perm workforce management experience
  • Experience leading a team, preferred
  • iCIMS or comparable ATS experience, strongly preferred
  • A track record of managing high-volume, fast-moving requisitions across multiple stakeholders without dropping the ball
  • Sharp organizational instincts and comfort owning a program with minimal oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication - bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus given the population we support
  • Bonus: experience supporting a specific client or account-based hiring program
  • Willingness to travel to support program sites

Min
USD $65,000.00/Yr.
Max
USD $70,000.00/Yr.
