About the Job

Associate Veterinarian

We value our connection with patients and the community. We provide quality medical care with 30-minute appointments and 60 minutes for new clients, allowing us to get to know everyone better.

Our clinic promotes teamwork and mentorship. We welcome those eager to learn and teach.

We prioritize training and are starting the process for Fear-Free certification, as well as completing AtDove.org modules. We support you in finding your niche, with our doctors specializing in internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, behavior, ultrasound, and aquatics.

Skills Needed:

You should have skills in anesthesia, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and digital radiography. Experience in multi-root extractions and chronic case management is a plus.

You need a passion for learning, excellent communication, and compassion for both two-legged and four-legged animals. A sense of humor and participation in spontaneous dance parties are also appreciated, along with availability for one Saturday a month.

Requirements:

You must be a licensed DVM (or able to become licensed) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a fully equipped hospital, a signing bonus or relocation assistance up to $20,000, and a salaried six-figure compensation.

You'll receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, practice-sponsored life insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Paid time off for personal use and continuing education is included, along with an annual education allowance. We also cover licensure, DEA fees, and professional membership dues.
