About the Role
As a member of the HR team, the HR Talent Sourcer Specialist functions as a specialist to meet current and anticipated staffing needs at University Hospital. Primarily responsible for sourcing and identifying passive and active candidates for key management and non-management vacancies. Under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition, searches and identifies suitable candidates using proactive recruiting strategies. Tracks pre-defined sourcing metrics and provides reports as requested.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Develops, attends, and accesses recruitment activities, such as job fairs and career days hosted locally, or by the health care settings or other sponsors. Pursue and utilize recruitment resources and linkages with the educational community to enhance recruitment among graduates. Develops strategic relationships with other talent sources.
  • Completes sourcing recruitment for openings within specified timelines.
  • Develops, communicates, and executes recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions.
  • Researches, identifies, and recruits candidates using innovative search methods that may include cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining. Builds a candidate pipeline.
  • Applies the creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and generate leads and source candidates.
  • Builds networks to source qualified passive candidates by using business acumen to support, consult and present candidates which align to our client's needs.
  • Supports, consults, and presents potential candidates to hiring managers.
  • Interacts and communicates at all levels within University Hospital. Develops comprehensive knowledge of the hospital system and positions to be able to effectively research and gain extensive knowledge of candidate markets.
  • Talent Analytics and Reporting: Tracks metrics related to the following: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, ICIMS ATS and other talent analytics as required to improve data driven recruitment strategies. Provides reports and summarizes for the managers and other HR staff.
  • Conducts Phone Pre-Screening Interviews when necessary.
  • Assists with Job fairs, Open Houses, and media promotions through designated portals with the approval of the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • University Hospital's Brand promotion: Oversees University Hospital's LinkedIn Recruiter Page and Social Media pages, including making recommendations for updates and design changes.
  • Assists in other departmental projects/activities as assigned.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field required
  • One (1) year of work experience with HR responsibilities.
  • Recruiting experience with capability to navigate LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Must be able to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Demonstrated PC/Microsoft Office skills. Previous use and knowledge of ATS systems and other recruiting tools a plus.

Compensation (NJ Job Transparency Law)
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is $35.00.
