Talend Developer - Tech Lead - Primary: Talend Data Integration, Informatica, PL SQL

Secondary: Oracle, Linux scripting

Irving, TX – Onsite

Contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Define migration architecture, standards, and conversion strategy for Informatica to Talend.
  • Analyze Informatica mappings, workflows, and dependencies; design equivalent Talend jobs/joblets.
  • Lead automated and manual ETL conversion, remediation, and refactoring where required.
  • Establish data validation, reconciliation, and audit frameworks; manage parallel runs.
  • Optimize Talend jobs for performance, scalability, and operational stability.
  • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper‑care.
  • Act as ETL migration SME; guide developers and review deliverables.
Skills
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica PowerCenter / IDMC.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Talend Data Integration.
  • Proven experience in large‑scale ETL migration or modernization programs.
  • Advanced SQL and data warehousing concepts.
