About the role
 

Responsible for Mobile Marketing, Direct Mail & Loyalty project management & strategy; supports Sr. Credit & Loyalty Specialist; execute tactical and administrative tasks as needed; interact & collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.  This role works collaboratively with the Marketing leadership team as well as other internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing programs and campaigns that achieve specific KPIs.  Ideal candidate should include detail orientated, organized, accurate, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member, and adherence to deadlines.

The impact you can have

  • Develop and optimize Mobile Marketing and Direct Mail plan/strategy
  • Collaborate and support cross functional team initiatives (credit/Loyalty, Brand Marketing, Social)
  • Lead personalization & testing strategy
  • Write creative briefs and into job scheduling system
  • Campaign/program level reporting       
  • Update departmental calendars & schedules
  • Alert appropriate partners to job spec’s/needs
  • support Mobile Channel acquisition & file health; help manage/facilitate vendor relations
  • Work with all appropriate internal & external partners to ensure projects move through lifecycle smoothly and on schedule
  • QA’ing all projects to ensure all meet original plan and continue to match strategy and promotions as updates are made
  • Manage and maintain CRM offer process
  • Lead Jira execution for Credit & Loyalty campaigns as needed

You’ll bring to the role

  • 2-4  years of experience in Retail Marketing Project Management
  • 4 year college degree preferred
  • Experience with women’s specialty apparel preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, follow through and time management skills
  • Experience with email, mobile and/or database marketing
  • Strong verbal, written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work; solid proofing skills
  • Proactive team player with positive “can-do” attitude; strong collaborator with internal & external partners
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, priority driven environment; sense of urgency when needed
  • Passion for customer service, customer relationships; desire to learn and grow
  • Bright and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills; professional, personable, approachable and courteous
