POSITION SUMMARY

As Regional Sales Engineer STG South Korea, you will be responsible for driving performance against sales targets, assisting in development and execution of sales strategies, deploying sales tactics, processes and priorities.

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Formulate effective sales strategies and implement segment & territory sales plan to achieve business goals
  • Drive business growth through current account penetration and new account/market development
  • Ensure compliance to local laws and regulations in all dealings
  • Key and Strategic Account Management
  • Customer relationship building up at executive level
  • Work and manage distributors to collaborate and win business.
  • Conduct all sale-oriented activities relating to closing the orders
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting and reporting processes to support the business
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar, MBA is highly appreciated
  • +5 years of sales experience in Taiwan region focusing on Automation Control
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively including group presentations using MS Power Point
  • Deep understanding of the Automation Control market and industry trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams to drive business results
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
