As a tailor, your responsibilities are to sew clothes, make alterations, hem outfits to the appropriate length, and repair damaged items as needed. You often need to work with different tools to properly fix a garment. In some positions, you liaise with laundry suppliers and dry cleaners, manage stocks, and ensure the proper disposal of soiled or damaged linens. You may also answer questions from customers, provide same-day or rush alterations, make suggestions on accessories, and use various sewing machines and techniques to meet a customer's needs. Some tailors continuously work with new customers while others focus on a select clientele.

We will have the necessary equipment to work inside the store on a hourly basis as an employee or you can be a contractor and perform work at your own space and be paid by the piece completed.
