As a Licensed Master Social Worker, your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of individuals.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, thereby upholding the confidentiality and trust of your clients.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the quality of care and provide holistic patient support.
