The Digital Tagging Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate and reliable data collection across PSECU's digital platforms. This position focuses on implementing and maintaining tagging strategies that support analytics, marketing campaigns, and site performance optimization. By managing tags through Adobe Data Collection and supporting legacy Google Tag Manager configurations, the specialist ensures that data flows correctly into reporting tools for actionable insights.
The role involves close collaboration with marketing, analytics, and development teams to define tagging requirements, perform quality assurance, and maintain compliance with privacy standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, attention to detail, and contributing to data-driven decision-making in a member-focused organization.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, two days a week onsite.
In this position, you will
  • Maintain tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM) to support analytics, marketing pixels, and conversion tracking across PSECU's digital properties.
  • Configure and validate HubSpot tracking for campaigns, forms, and integrations to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to define tagging requirements for user behavior tracking and campaign measurement.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on websites, pixels, and tags to confirm proper data flow into reporting tools.
  • Conduct regular audits and resolve tracking gaps while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Document tagging processes and provide technical support to stakeholders, promoting best practices and consistency in implementation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associates (Required)
3-6 years' of hands-on experience in digital marketing technologies and tools, particularly around tag management (Adobe Launch, Tealium or GTM) and web analytics (Adobe Analytics) | RequiredAny equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
