American Sewer LLC — Full-Time Drain Technician (Minneapolis)

American Sewer LLC is actively recruiting a dependable, full-time Drain Technician to join our Minneapolis team. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning residential, commercial, and industrial drain and sewer systems. Our ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality customer service, and can work independently while following company safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency drain cleaning services for homes, restaurants, offices, and light industrial sites.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques, including camera inspections and pressure testing.
  • Conduct thorough sewer inspections and document findings, recommendations, and follow-up work.
  • Repair and maintain piping, cleanouts, and associated fixtures; replace components as needed.
  • Operate mechanical augers, hydro-jetting equipment, inspection cameras, and other specialized tools safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, provide transparent estimates, and complete accurate job reports.
Requirements

Applicants must have a basic plumbing certification, a valid drivers license, and a minimum of 12 months of relevant drain or plumbing experience. Candidates must be fluent in English and fluent in Tagalog or Ilonggo. Prior experience as a kitchen line cook and familiarity with inventory management are highly valued and will be considered a plus.
