Overview
Join our dynamic construction team as a Heavy Equipment Operator and play a vital role in building infrastructure, commercial projects, and large-scale developments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to operate a variety of heavy machinery, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, excavators, and other construction equipment to perform site preparation, grading, lifting, and material handling.
  • Safely maneuver trucks to transport materials across the construction site.
  • Use mechanical knowledge to perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support various tasks related to construction site logistics, including loading/unloading materials and operating specialized equipment as needed.

Skills

  • Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, etc.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
  • Valid class A (CDL) with experience driving manual transmission, pulling a tag trailer, and loading/ unloading equipment
  • Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety procedures and operational best practices.
