Amentum is seeking an ISR Tactical Controller to support the Joint Interagency Task Force - Counter Cartel (JIATF-CC) in El Paso, TX. JIATF-CC operates under U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) to enhance intelligence, surveillance, and operational coordination in counter-cartel and counter-transnational criminal organization missions. In this role, you will deliver actionable intelligence, ISR tactical support, and facilitate interagency collaboration to directly impact national security. Primary Job Duties:

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors to maintain comprehensivesituational awareness across complex land and maritime environments.
• Execute cross cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based onemerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time sensitive targets.
• Assist with daily operations center reporting and process to include assisting with the developmentof operational summaries, story boards, images and video capturing.
• Present decision makers with findings, options, and recommendations through coordination andparticipation in cross-organizational engagements.
• Part of a 24-hour operations center and must be willing to cover shifts outside of business hours asthe contract allows.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS SCI). Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree from acollege or university accredited by andaccrediting body recognized by the U.S.Department of Education.
• Minimum 2 years'experience and capabilities for thesuccessful execution of tasks associatedwith specific duty positions/focus areas.
• Minimum 2 years'experience and capabilities within amilitary setting for managing a multitudeof tasks associated with being an ISRTactical Controller.
• Graduate of ISR Tactical Control coursewithin the past five years preferred.
• ITC Graduate Preferred.
