Location: Sonora, CA

Schedule: Day Shift โ€“ 4x10s (0700โ€“1700)
Shift Length: 10 Hours
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | Day Shift (1st 8h)


Role Overview

Weโ€™re seeking an experienced a Dialysis Registered Nurse that will deliver safe, high-quality, and coordinated nursing care for patients receiving renal replacement therapy. The ideal candidate will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes while utilizing clinical judgment, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice.

Tablo dialysis system experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, coordinated nursing care for dialysis patients

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

  • Monitor patient responses and adjust care interventions accordingly

  • Operate and manage care using the Tablo Hemodialysis System

  • Collaborate with physicians, nephrology teams, and interdisciplinary staff

  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and dialysis care

  • Supervise and support assigned nursing and support staff as needed

  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

  • Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

  • Acute care or dialysis experience preferred

Licensure & Certifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California (required)

  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification required

  • Dialysis experience with Tablo system required
