Overview
Highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer with a strong focus on data analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of data-driven solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of data analytics solutions.
  • Architect and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy applications using Python for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Design and create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Utilize strong database skills to manage, query, and optimize data in various database systems, with a preference for Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and visualization solutions using QlikView/Qlik Sense.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and other development teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation; perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Data Analytics: Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation of complex datasets.

  • SSIS Packages: Proven experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL processes. Migration Experience: Preferred experience in migrating legacy data integration solutions (e.g., SSIS) to modern platforms or languages like Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
