Sr Analyst, Marketing Analytics & Measurement (Contract)
About the Role
Are you ready to make your mark in Marketing? Do you bring analytical thinking? Are you a problem solver? At Ariat, we're seeking a Strategic plus Data driven minded Marketing Analytics & Measurement Sr Analyst to support Marketing Measurement partners and help streamline market reporting across our growing business. This person will report to the Sr. Data Scientist, Analytics and work closely with the Marketing and Analytics teams to deliver Data that can lead to practical recommendations and solutions.
This individual will Own Test Analysis & Learning, Deliver Ongoing Insights, and Improve Reporting & Efficiency. The person in this role will make an immediate impact by helping streamline reporting and reduce manual work by leveraging tools (including AI) to speed up analysis and improve output quality to support our mission and organizational objectives.
The person in this role be a core function supporting efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about data and analytics. They will primarily support internal leads and external MMM partners.

  • Working with internal leads and external MMM partners to understand model outputs
  • Translating MMM results into clear summaries and actionable recommendations
  • Helping connect model insights to campaign performance and business context
  • Analyzing A/B tests and marketing experiments across channels
  • Building clear readouts: what worked, what didn't, and what to do next
  • Helping maintain a structured test-and-learn approach across marketing
  • Supporting weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews
  • Identifing trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
  • Answering ad hoc business questions with data-backed insights
  • Building repeatable templates for analysis and performance tracking
  • Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs

About You
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or similar roles
  • Experience with marketing performance metrics and digital channels
  • Experience in retail or eCommerce
  • Exposure to MMM, attribution, or marketing measurement frameworks (direct or indirect)
  • Experience analyzing A/B tests or experiments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity in using Gen AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT to improve productivity and analysis
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Tableau, SQL, or similar

The hourly range for this position is $52.00 - $58.00 per hour.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This contract position may be eligible for select benefits through the payrolling agency. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance options and 401k.
