Seeking a candidate to develop new Tableau dashboards and manage, maintain, and enhance existing ones based on supervisory needs. Role includes meetings with internal clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.

The Client is seeking a candidate with extensive experience creating Tableau dashboards with Microsoft SQL database and other data sources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong sense of ownership and a project management mindset. This role requires the ability to independently create work plans, manage assigned projects and tasks, follow through on deliverables, and produce high-quality dashboards on time. All work must meet internal client expectations as well as supervisor standards.
 
 Responsibilities:

 1. Responsible for developing new Tableau dashboards and managing and improving existing Tableau dashboards per the supervisor's requests. Deliver high quality work on time. 
 
 2. Attend necessary meetings with internal clients and stakeholders on these dashboards to collect input and seek feedback. Present on dashboard drafts. Take meeting notes and make next-step action plans. Document tasks and progress per the supervisor's instructions.
 
 3. Coordinate with IT, Database team, GIS team, data source vendors, and other necessary technical stakeholders to identify data sources, tables, and fields, for the dashboard creation.
