IT Project Manager / Salesforce Administrator
Position Summary

• Support the Rhode Island Start Early System (RISES), the State's early childhood data system.
• Partner with the RISES Administrator and system vendor to maintain and enhance system operations.
• Manage technology initiatives, Salesforce administration activities, reporting, and data visualization efforts.
• Lead small-scale system enhancements and ensure successful testing and deployment of system changes.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects and system enhancement initiatives.
• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• Support ongoing system maintenance and operational activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain Salesforce and Tableau reports and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing IT projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
