SCOPE OF POSITION: EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY!
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for the efficient operation of all table games and operating procedures for Comanche Nation Entertainment. The Table Games Dealer's performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following are major duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive.
  • Provides directions, assistance, and/or information to ensure fast and friendly guest satisfaction.
  • Expected to acknowledge the casino guests within your direct proximity with a greeting, eye contact, and a smile.
  • Precise mathematical skills are required to continuously and simultaneously handle cards, cash, and chips.
  • Responsible for table security at all times.
  • Fosters and maintains a positive attitude towards Comanche Nation Team Members and Guests.
  • Attends, satisfactorily completes, and adheres to all departmental and casino training. Performs other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
The Table Games Dealer regularly communicates and exchanges information with coworkers and guests. The Table Games Dealer is required to stand. The Table Games Dealer is required to use hands, arms, and wrist repetitively. Specific vision abilities required by this job include hand-eye coordination, close vision. The Table Games Dealer will regularly be required to remain stationary for 50 percent or more of their shift.
Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights and the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location and the amount of business. The Table Games Dealer must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and in a smoke-filled environment. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.
The Table Games Dealer may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve contentious issues with difficult guests and Team Members.
