Looking for an exciting career where customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork come together? Tioga Downs is hiring Table Games Dealers to join our team.

Whether you have prior dealing experience or are interested in learning a new skill, we provide training opportunities to help qualified candidates get started.

New to Dealing?

No prior experience? No problem!

Our Dealer School training program can help you develop the skills needed to pursue a position as a Table Games Dealer.

What You'll Do

  • Provide friendly, professional service to guests
  • Operate assigned table games accurately and efficiently
  • Process game transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Follow established procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Answer guest questions and assist with routine concerns
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Completion of dealer training or at least 6 months of relevant dealing experience
  • Ability to deal Craps and/or at least two major games, such as Blackjack, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, or Baccarat
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
