Job description

OVERVIEW:
As a VIP Host, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
Specific Duties:
  • Maintain a clean and orderly section before, during, and after your shift
  • Provide World Class Table Service to each guest in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a working knowledge of Beer, Wine, Champagne, and Spirits
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Properly take orders and utilize POS to start, carry, and closeout orders for guests
  • Nurture working relationships with guests to help build our clientele base and ensure specialized service
  • Work closely with Server Assistants to ensure quality service and cleanliness
  • Perform all duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty
  • Obtain proper Photo Identification before serving guests to ensure they are of the legal drinking age

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire
  • Able to respond quickly in an emergency to avoid imminent danger to self and others.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 (six) hours in length.
  • Must have a good sense of balance and bend, kneel, and react swiftly to actions surrounding them.
  • Must have the ability to lift bus pans, trays, and cases of food and beverage weighing as much as 30 pounds.
