Duties

• Program and operate CNC plasma cutting table to cut steel components to specification

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

• Import and edit part files/nesting layouts using CAD/CAM software

• Set up material on the table and adjust cutting parameters (speed, amperage, torch height) for optimal cut quality

• Deburr and clean up completed pieces to remove slag, sharp edges, and rough cuts

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality; make adjustments as needed

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plasma table equipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Communicate with production team to prioritize cutting schedules and meet deadlines

• Monday - Friday

• Pays $22/per hour, depending on experience (may be higher)

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Prior experience with CNC plasma table programming/operation preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Ability to lift/move materials as needed and work safely around industrial equipment

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently (100 lbs with assistance)
