TAB Technician (HVAC - Test & Balance)

Location: Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) for commercial HVAC systems

  • Prepare accurate, detailed TAB reports

  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project success

  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism in fieldwork

  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members


Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a commercial HVAC TAB Technician

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems

  • Ability to produce professional TAB reports

  • Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • OSHA 10 Certification (required prior to employment)

  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check

  • Basic computer proficiency
