You lead process alignments to accurately complete complex order management projects. You ensure adherence and awareness of all order management processes and policies. You can expect an office environment with a high volume of team and client interactions in person and digitally.

WHAT OUR ORDER IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALISTS ENJOY MOST

  • Facilitate work sessions to capture and validate current and future state high-level and detailed business models for each project.
  • Assist in answering complex questions and demonstrating appropriate skillsets to advance orders to next steps in the order lifecycle.
  • Analyze operational processes with teams to ensure processes and rules are aligned.
  • Resolve complex issues as they relate to orders, initiatives or assigned projects.
  • Support sellers and boundary partners by answering questions and providing order implementation assistance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Two or more years of troubleshooting voice or data issues with end-users and voice or data communication experience; Two or more years of technical writing, creating business processes and maintaining documentation for end-users and project management experience.
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
    Technical Skills: Knowledge of internet protocol, PRI or T1 Trunking, Ping or Trace route and ticketing systems; Experience with Salesforce; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Repeated success determining system functions and how changes in conditions, operations and environment affect outcomes; Expert in reading, analyzing and interpreting technical procedures and industry regulation; English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of experience using Sharepoint.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
