T-ROC is seeking dynamic, customer-focused professionals to join our FLEX-ROC team as Brand Ambassadors. In this highly visible role, you will serve as the face of leading consumer brands, engaging shoppers and driving awareness through in-store demonstrations, promotions, and product education at top-tier retail locations such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart.

This is a flexible, project-based position designed to support market-driven needs such as product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal promotions. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be notified of upcoming assignments in your area and given the opportunity to participate based on your availability. While work is not guaranteed, the role offers a valuable opportunity to gain brand experience, build retail engagement skills, and join a growing network of T-ROC field professionals.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing national brands with integrity and enthusiasm.

Job Duties:

  • Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, informative way.
  • Demonstrate product features and communicate key benefits.
  • Encourage customer interaction and assist with the path to purchase.

Qualifications:
