Job description

We are seeking a professional, engaging Brand Ambassador to represent AT&T Prepaid across multiple assigned retail locations. This role is responsible for traveling store-to-store to educate, train, and support wireless sales representatives on AT&T Prepaid products, services, and promotional offerings.

The Brand Ambassador will serve as the in-market subject matter expert, ensuring retail teams fully understand the brand's value proposition, current promotions, plan structures, and competitive advantages. This position plays a key role in driving product knowledge, brand presence, and sales performance within each location.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel regularly between assigned retail store locations within designated territory.

Deliver structured in-store training sessions on AT&T Prepaid plans, devices, features, and limited-time promotions.

Educate sales teams on pricing, plan comparisons, eligibility requirements, and activation processes.

Provide ongoing product updates and ensure store teams remain informed of new offers and program changes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for AT&T Prepaid knowledge and in-store support.

Monitor and ensure promotional materials, signage, displays, and marketing collateral are properly installed, visible, and compliant with brand standards.

Partner with store leadership to identify opportunities to improve awareness and sales performance.

Track store visits, training completion, and engagement metrics through required reporting.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in wireless sales, retail training, merchandising, or brand representation.

Strong understanding of prepaid wireless products and retail sales environments.

Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to educate groups effectively.

Comfortable working independently and managing a travel schedule.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.

Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
