Job description

The Respiratory Support Coordinator is responsible for communicating with patients/customers to gather, complete and compile accurate personal information. This person also communicates with physician's offices and/or referral sources to ensure the requirements of all billing aspects are met. You will set up appointments for the R.T. in your branch to see patients as needed for masks, new set ups and problems. It will be necessary to communicate problems and concerns, which may lead to inaccurate or untimely completion or reimbursement processing to supervisor/office manager. You will fit patients for Cpap masks as well as set patients up on Cpap machine and instruct on how to use. You will speak to the patient or family representative about their financial responsibility concerning their set up.
