Schedule Options
- 12-hour shifts
- 13.5-hour shifts
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- 2-2-3 schedules
- School-friendly schedules (M/W/F or T/Th/S)
Expected Hours: 36-48 hours per week

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide advanced prehospital patient care and emergency medical treatment
- Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Safely operate ambulances during emergency and non-emergency responses
- Communicate effectively with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and first responders
- Utilize advanced life support equipment and monitoring devices
- Complete accurate electronic patient care reports (ePCR)
- Maintain ambulance readiness, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
- Adhere to company policies, clinical protocols, and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing education and training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Texas DSHS Paramedic Certification
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- IBSC Certification
- Previous 911 or critical care transport experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 150 pounds independently and up to 300 pounds with assistance
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb, kneel, and work in confined spaces
- Ability to perform duties in varying weather conditions and high-stress environments
