Operations Manager

Sansom Staffing has partnered with a growing startup manufacturing company seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for production, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and receiving while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production and warehouse operations.
  • Manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, and material planning.
  • Develop and coach production and warehouse teams.
  • Improve processes, productivity, quality, and workflow.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and supplier performance.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems to support operations.
  • Partner with internal teams to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
  • Experience with production, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
