About the Role

Our client, a Series C-funded infrastructure innovator, is seeking to fill a Financial Operations role to drive scalable financial infrastructure across billing, procurement, and reporting. This is a high-impact opportunity for a scrappy, systems-minded operator ready to own tooling strategy and lead audits from day one.

You’ll be the go-to builder for financial systems that support rapid growth in a $100M+ market. From selecting a new ERP to chasing down a late customer payment, you’ll do what it takes to keep operations smooth and scalable. What Success Looks Like

Within six months, you’ll have:

  • Implemented multiple systems and processes across revenue and payables
  • Diagnosed and solved operational bottlenecks with elegant, scalable solutions

Long-term, you will:

  • Own the financial tooling strategy—selecting and integrating ERP, billing, and procurement platforms

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Automate vendor payments and billing workflows
  • Collaborate with Deployment Ops, Sales, and Rev Ops to streamline month-end close

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5+ years in finance, accounting, or operations with end-to-end ownership of financial processes
  • Experience in Series A–C startups (50–500 employees), ideally with hardware/inventory complexity
  • Proven track record implementing or optimizing financial systems and leading audits
  • Background in accounting with strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
  • Comfortable assessing new tech platforms and writing systems proposals
  • High ownership, ambition, and willingness to tackle tasks big and small
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
