The Systems Integrator supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by ensuring effective integration of people, processes, technologies, and data across projects and organizational functions. This role serves as a critical liaison between project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to facilitate seamless execution of programs and projects.

The Systems Integrator is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, managing system interfaces and dependencies, identifying integration risks, and ensuring project deliverables align with organizational objectives, technical requirements, and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Systems and Project Integration
  • Coordinate integration activities across multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, document, and manage interdependencies between projects, systems, and business functions.
  • Facilitate alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
  • Support system implementation, migration, and transition activities.
  • Ensure project deliverables are integrated into operational environments with minimal disruption.
PMO Support
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Program Managers to monitor project progress and integration milestones.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules and project roadmaps.
  • Track action items, decisions, dependencies, and integration-related risks.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and technical reviews to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication regarding system changes, impacts, and project updates.
  • Support change management and organizational readiness efforts.
Requirements and Process Management
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Support development of process flows, interface documentation, and system integration plans.
  • Ensure requirements are traceable through implementation and testing phases.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance PMO effectiveness and project delivery.
Risk and Quality Management
  • Identify integration risks, conflicts, and gaps across projects and systems.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and support issue resolution efforts.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance activities to ensure integrated solutions meet requirements.
  • Support governance reviews and compliance with organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with required polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Engineering)
  • 3-8 years of experience in systems integration, project coordination, program management, engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to analyze technical and business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile, or similar certification.

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate's experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $137,000.00 - $182,000.00 - $200,200.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
