Position Summary

General Description: The intern will assist with rebuilding and organizing critical quality and operational documentation following a cybersecurity recovery initiative. This role offers valuable exposure to document control systems, quality management processes, and cross-functional collaboration within a manufacturing environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, improve, and standardize quality system documentation to support compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Support document control activities within the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and revision controls
  • Help standardize file structures and document naming conventions
  • Support validation documentation activities
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams on documentation updates
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements
