Position Overview
We are seeking a specialized RF & Control Systems Engineer to design, develop, and validate the tracking algorithms and control systems for our satellite and ground station antennas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with antenna vendors to define control interfaces and validate tracking performance.
- Design and simulate antenna control loops and tracking algorithms using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
- Develop and test embedded software/firmware for Antenna Control Units (ACUs).
- Support the integration and testing of the complete tracking system in the lab and in the field.
Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree in electrical, mechatronics, or computer engineering.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 5 plus years in control systems or embedded software development for RF applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Familiarity with satellite tracking techniques (e.g., monopulse, step-track).

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods.
- This is a location-flexible position. The role requires the ability and willingness to travel internationally to support key project milestones, vendor engagements, and on-site integration activities as needed.
