What you'll do, across all levels: 
- Install, configure, and support networks, systems, and applications.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and uphold security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and security software.
Mid-Level and Senior:
- Design and implement new systems, lead projects, and mentor junior colleagues.
- Develop strategic plans for future IT advancements.
What you'll need: 
- Junior: BS in CS, IT, or related field + up to 2 years' experience. Network/security/OS knowledge.
- Mid-Level: 3-5 years' experience + proven ability to manage medium/large server environments. Strong problem-solving & cloud familiarity.
- Senior: 6+ years' experience + advanced system architecture, networking, and security knowledge. Leadership skills & ability to drive IT strategy.
Bonus points for experience with: 
- Windows, Linux, Unix systems.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure).
- Scripting language knowledge (PowerShell, Bash).
- Virtualization understanding (VMWare, Hyper-V).
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI w/FS Poly **REQUIRED** for consideration. No CCAs, sponsorships or upgrades. 
Location/telework: Various worksites across MD: Fort Meade, Annapolis Junction, Columbia, Hanover, and more. Telework is sparse, but approved for some missions.
