What are some typical challenges a Systems Administrator faces when managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure?

Systems Administrators often juggle responsibilities across on-premises servers and cloud-based platforms, which can introduce challenges such as ensuring seamless integration, maintaining consistent security policies, and managing access controls.
